Rounder Has Many of Their Artists Nominated for IBMA Awards

Alison Krauss & Union StationRounder Records is pleased to announce numerous nominations for its artists by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) for the 22nd Annual IBMA awards. The awards show will take place in Nashville at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Thursday, September 29 at 7:30 PM CST.

Rounder recording artists earned multiple nominations, receiving 3 out of 5 nominations for Male Vocalist of the Year and Bass Player of the Year and sweeping the entire category of Best Graphic Design. Alison Krauss & Union Station and Steve Martin & The Steep Canyon Rangers received 5 nominations apiece with the latter up for Entertainer of the Year and Album of the Year for Rare Bird Alert. Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper picked up 4 nominations while legendary bluegrass musician Larry Sparks was nominated for Album of the Year for Almost Home. All nominations are listed below.
