For the second year, Raleigh will become the bluegrass capital of the world when it hosts Wide Open Bluegrass, the weekend festival that is part of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s (IBMA) World of Bluegrass. The street festival offers four music stages, a youth talent stage, the North Carolina Whole Hog Barbecue State Championship, a dance tent, a vast array of scrumptious cuisine, craft beer, wine and much, much more to see, drink, eat, laugh at, dance to and listen to.
