Carter Family Fold to Host Free Concert Sponsored by Bristol Virginia Utilities

Audie Blaylock & RedlineThursday, November 3rd, 2011, at 7:00 p.m., the Carter Family Fold in Hiltons, Virginia, will present a special community concert by Audie Blaylock and Redline. The concert is sponsored by BVU Authority, and admission is free. After introduction of our guests and some special announcements from Bristol Virginia Utilities (BVU), the concert will get underway at 7:30 p.m. BVU will also provide refreshments.

If you love traditional bluegrass, be sure to come out and see Audie Blaylock and Redline at the Carter Family Fold. This will be their second performance at the Fold. If you missed their first concert, you sure don’t want to miss this one. Bring your friends and your dancing shoes, and join us for an evening of some of the best bluegrass music you’ll ever hear. In addition to a large national fan base, the group has fans as far away as Ireland and Australia.

The Carter Family Memorial Music Center is proud to partner with BVU Authority to bring this special free concert to our area. Come join us in welcoming our honored guests and be among the first folks to learn about exciting new things coming to our community.
