Adkins & Loudermilk Continue Tour and Explore New Ground

Adkins & LoudermilkRaleigh, NC -- Fresh off their 2015 International Bluegrass Music Association Award Nomination as Emerging Artist of the Year, Adkins & Loudermilk are gearing up for their performances at the Rockahock Bluegrass Festival in Lanexa, Virginia on October 16 and the Mossy Oak Music Park Fall Bluegrass Festival in Guyton, Georgia on October 17. Adkins & Loudermilk are also Hosting the inaugural Anderson County Boograss Bash in Anderson, South Carolina October 29-31 with an outstanding line-up of talent including: Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, Lonesome River Band, Balsam Range, Marty Raybon & Full Circle, Russell Moore & IIIrd Tyme Out, Flatt Lonesome and more of the top talents in bluegrass music.

Both Adkins and Loudermilk bring their own distinctive styles to the stage offering audiences a unique concert experience. They are backed by the talents of Glen Crain, Jeff Autry, Zack Autry and Barry Crabtree. Next month, the band will perform at the Berryville Bluegrass Concert Series in Berryville, Virginia on November 14 and the American Legion Bluegrass Concert Series in Hughesville, Maryland on November 15. Radio programmers have certainly supported the Mountain Fever Records' album Adkins & Loudermilk with six tracks appearing on six different radio charts. The singles “Georgia Mountain Man” and “Back Side of Losing” both appear on this month’s Bluegrass Unlimited National Bluegrass Survey Top 30 Songs Chart. “Georgia Mountain Man” is also on the current Bluegrass Today Top 20 Monthly and Weekly Song Chart.
