“Aim High” Debuts Top-10 on Billboard Bluegrass Album Chart

New Single "Sold" By Dave Adkins

Dave AdkinsDave Adkins has released another red hot second single, “Sold,” from his #1 Billboard Top Bluegrass Album. The impressive cover of the John Michael Montgomery 90’s hit, is currently #1 on the Bluegrass Today Top 20 Song Chart. “Adkins delivers [the song] with gusto with the banjo his constant companion,” said Lonesome Road Review.

Sister Sadie At #4 on Billboard Bluegrass Chart

Sister SadieSister Sadie’s self-titled, debut album on Pinecastle Records moved to Number Four on the “Billboard” Bluegrass Album chart after entering at Number Nine for the last chart time period. Sister Sadie dedicated this debut album to one of their musical heroes, Lynn Morris. Morris and her husband, Marshall Wilborn, wrote the second cut on the CD, “Don’t Tell Me Stories.”

Mountain Heart Debuts on Opry and Billboard & Americana Charts

McCoury—who at 77 is no stranger to the top of the charts himself—says he is proud that it was his unique collaboration with the world-acclaimed folk bard of the depression that pulled Woody to the top.
