CMT EdgeNashville, TN -- CMT has unveiled its new website dedicated to music discovery with the launch of CMTedge.com, a site dedicated to showcasing the best new music from a multitude of established, emerging and indie artists across genres. The site will feature exclusive music previews, world premieres and performances throughout the week with artists including The Avett Brothers, Trampled By Turtles, Sara Watkins and Dwight Yoakam. In celebration, CMT Edge will also tape performances with more than a dozen artists scheduled to perform in Nashville this week as part of the Americana Music Festival & Conference, including Brandi Carlile, Justin Townes Earle, Jason Isbell, Punch Brothers and Turnpike Troubadors.
