Exclusive Cherryholmes Family Reunion Planned for 2015

CherryholmesThe Outer Banks Bluegrass Island Festival is planning an exclusive Cherryholmes family reunion at their 2015 festival. The annual festival will feature over 45 bands. The Roanoke Island, North Carolina festival always features top artists, acts and entertainment. Plans are already underway for next year's event.

Blue Moon Rising Reunion Concert Dates Announced

Blue Moon RisingKnoxville, TN -- Blue Moon Rising has announced they will perform select tour dates with original band members Chris West (Guitar), Tim Tipton (Bass), Keith Garrett (Mandolin), Randall Massengill (Guitar), Justin Jenkins (Banjo), plus current member Brandon Bostic (Dobro). Three Blue Moon Rising Reunion concert dates have been booked so far, including the kick-off on September 28 at the National Muscadine Festival in Sweetwater, TN.

Nickel Creek to Get Together for Reunion Album and Tour

Nickel CreekThe news about one of America's favorite bluegrass bands, the Grammy Award–winning, multi-platinum selling trio Nickel Creek, comprised of Chris Thile (mandolin/vocals), and siblings Sara Watkins (fiddle/vocals) and Sean Watkins (guitar/vocals), are getting together for a "reunion" project and tour has the community hopping with excitement. Chris Thile wants everybody to know that this doesn't mean other projects are on hold. "To be clear, Punch Brothers are alive and well…working on a new record even! So are Edgar Meyer and I!
